As all items are custom made for our customers upon order, we are not able to provide a refund for change of mind or wrong size chosen.
In the event that a print or frame has been damaged on its way to you, email us at ariane@arimophoto.com within 24 hours upon receipt of your package. Please include a photograph and clear explanation of what has occurred. We will not be responsible if the goods were damaged by the client in the process of opening the package, or if the claim is made past the 24 hour period of receiving the artwork.
Colors may look different depending on your computer screen. We do our best to show what the images will look in person but please know that they can vary slightly. Please note that print sizes are not all proportionally the same. For that reason, Ariane Moshayedi Photography reserves the right to crop images in order to best suit the appropriate size of the order. If you have a concern about how your image may be cropped, please Contact Us. Photos taken with a film camera will have a natural grain in their appearance.
