Shipping & Returns
- As all items are custom made for our customers upon order, we are not able to provide a refund for change of mind or wrong size chosen.
- In the event that a print or frame has been damaged on its way to you, email us at ariane@arimophoto.com within 24 hours upon receipt of your package. Please include a photograph and clear explanation of what has occurred. We will not be responsible if the goods were damaged by the client in the process of opening the package, or if the claim is made past the 24 hour period of receiving the goods.
